To facilitate the theologicall training that sharpens the skills and provide learning opportunities that shapes the men and women to become godly servants who are useful for the Master.

We would like to train in three areas :
I. Sound Doctrines: Helping them to be grounded in biblical sound doctrines.
II. Communication skills: Helping them to communicate gospel/ biblical teachings in the languages of the local communities.
III. Cultural & Religious Issues: Helping them to understand local cultures and religious issues of the local communities.
Programs offered at NIBS
We would be offering master's level degrees with emphasis in church planting. The Institution plans to offer training initially through modular format and then develop it as a full time residential program. Our plans to offer the following degrees:
First phase of the program (Fall 2008)
1. * M. Min. in Church Planting
( 18 months-30 Credit Hours)
2. * M.A. in Bible exposition
(24 months- 36 Credit Hours)
Second phase of the program (Fall ‘09)
3. * M.Div in Church planting
( 36 months- 94 Credit Hours)
4. * M.Div in Bible exposition (36 months-94 Credit Hours)
