National leaders or “Locals” are “ready made” to reach their own people. They know the language, the culture, the environment and most importantly, they are the ones who will remain to do the work in their homeland. Training national leaders is the most cost effective way to reach the unreached. For a leader who comes out of his local area. They do not need to go to language school or get acquainted with the culture or traditions of the native place. We will be able to reach more places in shorter period of time in lesser amount of money.
